After doing several updates on the weekend, we now get this error when searching for a customer name in SalesCQ

Internal Error: field [213] if [@R90ACM9] is not a boolean field

I saw similar erros with other products on the forums (Receivables and Inventory) but that was in 2010 and Im not sure if the solution will be the same.


any help is appreciated

Hi, Doug,

Following is a link to the dictionary files you require: AR9 Dicts for DougP

Please download and save the file to a specific location. Then, when no one is using Adagio, drill down to the Softrak\dict folder on your server and rename the existing @R90*.ssi dictionaries (there are two of them). Unzip the file you downloaded into this same Softrak\dict folder. When you're done, please check that the file dates on the two new @R90*.ssi files have retained their dates of 11/28/2011.

A client of ours is having the same error under the same circumstances. The files are not available to me for download but perhaps should be to all since this seems to be an issue.

I have an old install sitting around that had the correct versions of these files in it(since upgrading to 9.1A they have changed), but others may not be so lucky/resourceful. Or will the updated versions work just as well?

Our client has this issue as well after upgrading. Where can I get these files?
