Hi Fong,
We'd need more information about how you are printing invoices to PDF, and you may end up requiring assistance from your Adagio consultant. 'Not having success' isn't enough to go on. Here are some questions to consider:
What version of OrderEntry is installed?
From your original post, you said that you print from the preview page. Can I confirm that you print an invoice (either auto-print after it is posted, or highlight an invoice and print it), and instead of printing it right away, you click the Preview button and when the preview screen appears, you click the printer icon to do the actual print?
If the above is correct, then clicking the printer icon should choose the printer destination selected prior to performing the preview. But you indicated that there are differences as compared to printing without the preview, to PDF. What is the printer destination - File, and a PDF type, or do you use Adagio ePrint and have a PDF destination? Do you have the same problem if you print to a real printer from the preview screen, rather than a PDF file? Maybe a printer driver setup is not correct.
When columns are missing, is it because the printed results are enlarged and thus you lose right-hand columns, or are the missing columns blank? Do other invoice specification have this problem? This can identify whether there is a Windows display large fonts problem or a spec problem.
Does your invoice specification have multiple copies defined? With different information printing on each copy?
If you have success from the same workstation in 4 of 5 companies, and failure in a 5th company, I would start by focusing on the specification being used to print the invoice, as most other variables are program or workstation related. Try swapping with an invoice spec from a different company.
