Dear Team ,
I have created an Alternative price list for USD$ customers.
However in Invoice Module I am not able to invoice using that list.

Get error message that item not found in Price List USD will use item from default price list.

USD is what I called my alternative price list in Inventory Module.


Any help welcomed.

That message appears in either Adagio Invoices or Adagio OrderEntry if the selected item has not been created for the specified Price List. If you are using MultiCurrency, there is an added layer where multiple alternate price lists can be defined for the same item and price list code but different currencies.

The solution is to use Adagio Inventory to create the alternate price list item for the Price List and Item (and currency) combination. If you have only created the Price List but not yet assigned items to the Price List, that step must be performed prior to using Price Lists in Invoices or OrderEntry.
