Is there a way to export/import customer alerts?

I'm doing some maintenance in A/R and noticed that a past staff member added more than 400 useless alerts to customer's accounts that clutter up our system. We want to remove them. I made a list with Gridview. I'll have to print it and have someone delete them one by one.

GridView Read Write can delete them.

I can't seem to open Gridview RW anymore. The shortcut hasn't changed, but it only opens Gridview now, not RW, even though /RW is in the path.

S:\Softrak\GVWIN\GVWin.exe /c /rw

F2 opens defaults instead of giving me the ability to edit.

What am I missing?

I'll bet you have a version mismatch. Check your version of GridView and then re-install the same version of GridView RW.
