I have updated our license/serial number of the NFR copy of all Adagio modules. All modules work fine except in Inventory & Invoicing I am getting this error message:

"Error in serial number or install code (3), unable to continue. Reinstall the product and enter the serial number and install code from the product label that came with the Adagio CD."

When I click "OK" to the message it comes up again and if I click "OK" again then the login screen appears and I can open and work in the file.
I have reinstalled the modules but it doesn't make any difference.

Hi Miriam,

There's a mis-match between the install codes you are using and the version of the application you are installing. All I can suggest is to re-check what version of the Inventory and Invoices programs you are installing against your list of current NFR install codes, and perhaps re-download these two program NFRs and try again.

Check your BoM registration. Your NFR codes for the BoM add on may be out of date.
