Home Currency is: CAD
We make an AP Invoice entry to a USD vendor in currency: USD

When the details of the Job comes over to JC, the fields available to GridView (J/C Job Details table) are only the Home currency (CAD) and not the Source Currency of USD.
The Amount displayed is the converted Home amt in CAD. (The original Source amount and Source Currerncy are unavailable.)

As well, the currency field itself in this table displays: CAD

Does JC not handle multicurrency?

Hi Sam,

When the company profile in Adagio JobCost is opened, there is no option to enable MultiCurrency. So fully functional multi-currency is not available in JobCost.

You are correct that Source currency amounts from other MC-enabled applications such as AP will get converted to Home Currency upon retrieval. After posting in AP and prior to retrieval into JC, you can use GridView to look at the retrieval file to see what AP writes there (this is just for interest only).
