We have Adagio Invoices 9.0B(111102). The Invoices are all printed to file and when I go to print invoice posting journal there is a message "There is no invoice posting journal to pring". When I go to close year the message is Invoice posting journal "Must print and clear first"

Possibly you do not have the entire range of posting journals selected to print. Try deleting the start number and tabing off the field. You should get an error message that gives you the start and end range of posting journals. Enter this range and print/clear any posting journals found.

No luck? Try running a data integrity check. If error found make sure you have a backup and run the rebuild. Repeat until no errors are found.

Hi premium

Uncheck the box "Allow Post Journal purge" in Company Profile | Print/Post and try closing the year again. It will warn you that it will purge the posting journals, but it will let you proceed.
