Hello,

I entered the wrong company name in the registration form for the Inventory Module by mistake and I can't change it as the field is greyed out. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the module, deleting the data after backing it up then reinstalling the module with no luck. Still comes up with the incorrect name greyed out.

Any suggestions?

in the register form that comes up when i click the Register button.

Are you concerned about the name that Softrak has on file? You can ask your dealer to contact Softrak to adjust their records. Or edit the \Softrak\ICWIN\ICWIN.ini file and re-send the registration form to Customer Service. If you have already sent the form in with the wrong name, just write a note on the new form explaining the reason for your change.
