In talking with Mike, we found an oddity. When viewing the list of items sold on the "Items" tab in History, a right-click brings up the menu to sort by Document or Customer. It has no effect which means either it isn't working or (more likely) that option shouldn't even appear in that circumstance.

I don't think the option should be available. Thanks for pointing out the mistake.
