I have read a bit about this report and seen that some people had issues as well, however it seemed that they had cleared history. I have the history in the customer listing, but it will not give me a useful report when I backdate the date of the report?

Define not useful. Is it missing transaction, customers, both?

Are you printing the 'Aged Trial Balance' or one of the other reports. Each report has their own specific purpoase. The Aged Trial Balance is the only one that will mathc Ledger.

Check the parameter ranges and make sure they are all blank to zzzzz (enter all of the z's the fields will take).

I am printing the aged trial balance. For example, I am attempting to get the listing as at June 30, 2012. Invoices dated before July 1, 2012 that had payments on or after July 1, 2012 applied to them are not included in the balance.

I clarified the zzzzz were correct already and have done a data integrity with "check history dic" flagged in the setup.

Make sure that under the "Print options" of the report you have chosen "Calculate as of" rather than "Aged as of".

Yes, I have chosen the proper "calculate as of"

If you make a backup of your AR data (File | Backup) you can e-mail it to me (smaller than 2 Mbytes) or upload it to http:\\www.softrak.com\dbr. Send me an email with a couple of the invoice numbers that you think should be on the report that are not.

Before doing this, ascertain that you are running the current version of Receivables (9.0C (120224)).
