Hello,

Last month we installed the ODBC trial on our Windows 2008R2 server and everything was working fine.
After purchasing and installing the ODBC, when trying to create or edit an ODBC DSN throught the ODBC Data Source Administator we get the following error:
" The setup routines for the ADAGIO ODBC Driver ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 126: The specified module could not be found. (G:\SOFTRAK\ODBC\ADSDRM.cfg). "

This, however, does not seem to be stopping the old DSN, the one that was set up with the trial version, from working correctly.
I looked in that folder and that file is in there.

I was wondering if anyone knows of this problem or how to fix it.
Also I can create DSN's on our 32 bit servers just fine.

Thanks.

Try making a shortcut to Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe and use that rather than going through the "ODBC Data Source Administator" on your Windows 2008R2 Server.

That is the one that I use, and that the error is coming from. The Adagio driver does not show up in the 64-bit ODBC Administrator.

Hello Carlos:
On my 64-bit Windows 7 PC I can create an Adagio DSN successfully so it's not inherently a 64-bit problem. Interestingly, I have the opposite symptom; I don't see the Adagio driver in the 32-bit ODBC manager. Are you creating DSN's directly on the server or on a workstation? Is G: a mapped drive?

Yes I'm creating them on a workstation, and yes G: is the mapped drive where all our Adagio Products are installed.
