I have done this in the distant path. It is doable, but requires considerable setup. You would have to provide ADP with your chart of accunts and for every employee's earning, deduction and tax detail, tell them which account/department to link to. Then ADP will create an importable file for you to import into the GL, which takes trial and error until they match the required format.
Since I know your setup pretty well, I might add that ADP will not automatically compute the accrued worker's compensation expense, let alone include it in the GL file.
Also, ADP charges you extra for this service on top of its regular fees.
