I need to add text at the bottom of the detail section in a new Specification. I've created a Label section and added the text below but it doesn't show on the printout. What am I missing?

Don't use a Label section - that's only for printing Labels.
Instead put the text in the Last Page Footer section. You may have to adjust the heights of sections so that it fits where you want it.
Modifying an existing OE spec is not for the faint of heart. Creating a new spec from scratch is strongly not recommended. You might want to ask your consultant to help you.
