In POA, we have a PO that is flagged as “Part Rec”.

But in fact, the PO has nothing left to receive - When I go in with the “Receipt” button and select Receive All, I next try to Post but I receive a message: There is nothing to receipt.

(I searched the forum for this issue, as I imagine that at least another person must have also experienced this problem, but I was unable to find anything on this topic.)

So, the question is:
How can I tell POA that this PO is totally finished and that the receipt should be flagged/colour-coded as Completed?

What happens if you right click the purchase order and select Complete PO?

David:
I just gave it a shot - and it works!

I do not know if I was aware in the past about the clicking the right-mouse button & selecting the option to Complete.
But I am pleased that you provided me with a simple & quick solution.

I would guess that we can use this option on truly open orders that are partially filled.
Should the situation change later in that no more Items will be received from that PO, we can simply close the PO using the right-button and selecting Close.

Thank you David!

Hi Samuel

You can't use that trick on truly partially received POs. First you have to change the on-PO quantities to zero and re-post the PO, then you can do it.
