Hi Bruce,
Assuming everything is correctly installed and setup with Adagio and Crystal Reports for Adagio, the best way to load data is use the Data Explorer and from Database Files, choose the Find Database File function. Then browse to the directory where your accounting data is and look for the xxGLOB.dat file - where xx is the application and dat is your data extension. Say ARGLOB.dat for Adagio Receivables or OEGLOB.dat for Adagio OrderEntry.
If things are correct, then a list of tables for that application will be displayed, and you can pick and choose what you need for your report.
Another method is to browse for the database file Adagio.ssi instead of xxGLOB.dat, and this will require defining a company directory.
To assist in browsing, from the File menu, choose Options and on the Data Source Defaults tab, enter adagio.ssi;??glob*.* for the 'Database file filter' field.
If you get error messages when following these steps, then this means that either Crystal Reports for Adagio or the associated application (and workstation setup) has not been correctly installed. In this case, you should contact your Adagio consultant for assistance.
