I upgraded to OrderEntry V8.1D last night and followed all the defaults. When I went into order entry afterwards, it came up with an error saying the reports tables drive is set to C:\ and it should be F:. I have run the reports table utility on the F drive and it says its fine. I can't see any place where I can set that workstations settings from C to F.

Hi, Pat,

Sounds like you may have installed the program to your local workstation rather than to drive F: on the server, or that at some time the program was installed on drive C:

Look on your C: drive to see if there is a QRASP folder (c:\qrasp). If so, rename it and reinstall the upgrade to the F: drive.

There wasn't a C:\qrasp file, so in order to get the workstation operable, I copied the qrasp file to the c: drive and now they can work on that station.
I was going to reinstall the upgrade again, but I had also installed the service pack. Will it affect anything to reinstall over a service pack?

Hello:
There should not be a QRASP folder on your local computer. Tech Support asked you to check if one existed as a diagnostic step. If it had existed, that would have indicated that the recent installation was inadvertently done to C: rather than to F:. It looks as if that isn't the case though.

I would delete the C:\QRASP folder and then proceed with your plan to re-install the update. There is no problem to re-install even though you subsequently applied the Service Pack. Once that is done, you can reinstall the Service Pack again.

Let us know if that works for you.
