For some reason PO does not save the email setup.

The cover sheet is long. It includes a Standard Purchase Terms and Conditions statement since there is no way to attach that as a pdf file to the email.

What I would like to say is that you could use PrintBoss to attach a PDF file of the standard terms to your PO email.

Apparently it was a rights issue on the workstation.

The email setup seems to be saved separately for each workstation.

Client also wants to send a specification of a label & markings to be used on items being purchased.

Can Print Boss select both a pdf file to be sent with all POs and an image file or files to be sent based on the images in the item record?
