What is the 'System Account' user doing at the moment, when user #2 is attempting to log in? Does user #2 have their own unique ID and password, or are they attempting to sign-in with the SYS ID as well.
The message received doesn't have to do with Lanpaks, as a different message would appear that is more descriptive to that scenario. Rather, user #1 is performing a function that is using a company data resource that prevents other users from entering (such as an integrity check). It may have been a timing issue - can user #2 try again and do they get the same message?
