A client running PO 8.0 and IC 8.1A.

Data crashed in PO and quantities on POs in inventory are now incorrect and don't reconcile with quantities on order in the PO Module.

Will DIC in PO correct quantities in IC or will DIC in IC correct quantities in PO?


Or should they just restore?

I can't really speak to versions of PO earlier than 8.1A.

However, with a proper backup, I'd certainly try DIC first. If that doesn't resolve the problem, you'll have to restore from a backup from before PO crashed.

You need to run dayend in PO before running DIC for the inventory on PO quantities will be fixed.
