Does Adagio let me set my own period end dates and pull data in based on those dates?? For example, I have 13 periods per year and my fiscal year runs from July 1st to June 30 each year. So my period 1 is not quite 4 weeks and my period 13 is just over 4 weeks. Does Adagio Financial reporter pull data in to the reports based based on my fiscal year start date or does it use the Fiscal Calendar I have set up in Adagio?

Are you retrieving from Adagio or Simply Accounting? If you edit your fiscal calendar in FX and are retrieving from Simply Accounting, I believe that FX respects the fiscal calender in FX on the retrieve.
