Do any error messages appear when attempting to print the tax summary report? Such as an 'error 524. Cannot close job'? If you get this error, a supporting report table file is not up to date, and the solution would be to reinstall Adagio Invoices to update the necessary file(s). Specifically a file called qrtables.ini in a \QRASP directory.
Has Crystal Reports for Adagio been installed or re-installed recently? This could cause the problem you indicated (the same reason, and the same solution as above).
If re-installing does not help, you likely will need assistance from your Adagio consultant to ensure that your program and other system files are up to date and not mis-dated.
