You can fax or email purchase orders, as these are really the only 'out-going' documents. The other document types such as requesitions, receipts and invoices are internal or 'in-coming' documents, so these documents can be printed but not faxed or emailed directly from Purchase Orders for Adagio. You could print the other documents to a PDF using a PDF printer driver, and then email this attachment as you would any other.
When Fax and/or Email functions are enabled from the File/Options menu, these buttons will be available to use when loading the Print Documents function using the 'Documents' toolbar button.
