Have you made a backup and run a DIC in PO (and possibly in IC also)? Does it report any errors? Does the Rebuild button become active? If so, again, make sure you have a backup and click the Rebuild button. Does this fix the problem by either redisplaying the purchase order or changing the Qty on PO in IC?
If it doesn't then, yes, you will need to do a restore or seek a database repair. You may want to be in contact with your Adagio consultant about this.
