What version of Adagio Receivables are you using?
What other options are you using when printing statements?
What is the statement date? Has it been backdated? Earlier than the last time you cleared completed transactions to History?
Does your statement print with or without matching details, as defined in the specification?
There are a number of variables that would go into this. If nothing appears obvious as to the situation, then you would be best contacting your Adagio consultant.
It may be that you cannot match your statement transaction list to the report, identically.
