I upgraded to AR 9.0B last weekend and ran integrity checks every night this week with no issues until last night when DataCare reported this error:

Adagio Receivables: Application Integrity

A/R Cash batch 474 total is 596.01 stored total is 0.00
A/R Cash batch 474 transaction count is 1 stored count is 0
A/R Cash batch 474 last transaction is 1 stored is 0
Checking Cash batch 474 ... 3 errors found.

Summary

Application Integrity ... 3 error(s) found ..................................... FAILED

Finshed at: 2010.11.18 23:53

Data Repair Phase

Error locating Cash batch 474 containing total error ... unfixed
Error locating Cash batch 474 containing transaction count error ... unfixed
Error locating Cash batch 474 containing last transaction error ... unfixed

I looked at this cash batch and everything looks normal and routine. It was for a payment on a customers account for 596.01. It was posted on Nov 1/10. There is nothing unusual about it. In Ledger both accounts had the correct amounts applied to the correct accounts ($596.01 debit to 1010 CND Bank Acct and $596.01 credit to 1150 AR).

Can anyone tell me what this error in DataCare means? What is the stored total, stored count and last transation? I've rebuilt 3 times in DataCare, but the same error remains. Why would this error just show up yesterday when it was posted on Nov 1st? AR9.0B upgrade was installed on Nov 13. DataCare Integrity checks run every night and have reported no errors until last night.

AR 9.0B Integrity Check says the same thing as DataCare Integrity Check.

I'm surprised that the Rebuild button doesn't fix the error. In any event, try opening the batch, making an edit (perhaps changing a description) and then saving the batch. That should fix the numbers in the batch status file.
