I am using AP 8.1C and under File 'Style' and 'optional fields' are greyed out as well as under Edit 'Adjustments' 'email cover sheets', and 'vendor filters' are greyed out. How to I turn them on.

where would I do that in GL or AP? I have access to everything.

Security is edited in the application from which you want to use a function.

To get at Payables functions, open Adagio Payables and from the File menu, choose Groups. From here, edit the group assigned to your user ID. Then ensure that the checkboxes are selected for each of the functions to which you should have access.

If you cannot access the File / Groups function, then this will need to be done for you by a company administrator or another person who has the autority to make these changes.
