How do I return goods to a supplier via I.C and update A.P with a negative(Debit Note) entry simultaneously ?

I tried to enter a negative receipt but the rules of the input screen said that it has to between 0 and 999999999.99

Can I get a life line ...

You can't. POA is required. Without POA you can do an adjustment in IC and then enter the credit note in AP.

Can I suggest to the "Softrak Team" that a provision be made in the next release of Inventory Control to duplicate the Receipt Code, allow negatives and call it
"Goods Return".

My vote is for Softrak not to spend the resources on this, since there are modules out there (POA and PO Tracker) that already do this. If I were to ask Softrak to do anything along these lines, it would be to add a disassembly function. Now there is something that is truly part of Inventory, that cannot currently be done without major headaches.

I agree with Steve. There is just way to many badly needed features for Softrak to be spending money adding features taht already exist.
