When I try to do the upgrade to Lanpak 9.0c I'm getting an error saying that the install has detected the following files which were renamed because they could not be installed due to Locking or Rights issues.

G:\SOFTRAK\system\lanpak\~GLH0004.TMP 06/14/10 10:01:22 [651144]

We have tried everything that we can think of to fix this: everyone is logged out of Adagio, I've logged in as the administrator to the network, we've all logged back in, exited, then restarted out computers, and restarted the network and still can't figure this out. Any thoughts on how to deal with this?

Navigate to that folder and highlight all of the files that start with the ~ character. Cut these files into another directory and then rerun the Lanpak install. Error should have disappeared.
