Adagio is not selecting the lowest price and defaulting to a higher "special" price.
This happens when a sale price is entered for an item and the purchasing customer has a special price entered for items in the same catagory code. The system is ignoring the sale price that has valid dates in the item file.
In "system options", "always use special price" is not checked.
Well it has been about 3 months and we still have the same issues with special pricing and no response from Softrak Support. Has anyone has this issue and been able to solve the problem.
It is definately a software issue. Has there been an update that fixes this?
