I see the Lanpak upgrade is available on Softrak's website but I haven't received an email yet, with the install details. I can't install Inventory 8.1C until Lanpak 9.0C is installed first. Any idea when an email might be coming for the Lanpak upgrade?

The emails for Lanpak where sent about July 8th, along with upgrade info for Crystal. I think I read Softrak will be closed tomorrow, so you might want to check your email again.

I checked and, as Dave indicated above, the end user notice was sent to all users on July 8th. Has your email address changed? Please confirm.

My email is the same. I'm not sure if it got lost at my end somehow? It's possible. Anyway, it appears I'm still on the list because I received the Invenotry Upgrade info.
