Would you please confirm the release date of the service pack you were installing? This is the 6-digit number in parentheses to the right of the version code?
Did you receive any other messages during the install prior to this one? For example, did you receive a message indicating that that a file might be in use?
Please let us know and then ensure that absolutely everybody is out of Adagio (this includes any Plus users if you have them) and try the service pack install again.
If you are still unable to complete the install, it could be that some process on your system is holding files open and you may have to restart the server before being able to complete the install.
I'm interested to know your results.
