We are using AP 8.1B (091130). We installed this update in the middle of January. Our issue is:
1. User enters an invoice batch in AP. (User will enter anywhere for 5 to 15 batches a day).
2. Once user is ready to post a batch user highlights the batch and clicks listings they receive the error "There are no invoice batches to print". I open the batch and I can see the several invoices.
3. User closes Payables and then reopens AP and then the clicks listings and it prints fine.
4. While it does not stop the user from working it's a bit of a pain.
Have run system check and that reports no errors.
PC is running XP SP2 and is patched.
Symantec endpoint 11 virus client (cannot be turned off as a user)
Data is on a Novell 5 server.
I'm thinking it is something to do on the user's workstation such as the location of the temporty work file that adagio creates when doing a print preview?
