For the last 2 nights I've been getting this in DataCare:
__________________________________________________________
Adagio Payables: File Integrity
Vendor ... 3 error(s) found .................................................... FAILED
Adagio Payables: Application Integrity
Skipped due to errors in File Integrity
Summary
File Integrity ... 3 error(s) found ............................................ FAILED

Data Repair Phase
Rebuilding Vendor ... Done
Finished rebuilding integrity errors.
Please repeat Data Integrity Check.

Problem #1 is that Data Care, when running via Schedule Task, still automatically Rebuilds integrity errors, leaving us no choice to try to discover and correct the errors ourselves.
Problem #2 is that there is no clear description available of what the problem is. Only that there are 3 errors in AP Vendors.
When I repeated the integrity check, both times there were no errors.
When I installed the AP Upgrade 3 or 4 days ago, I did some AP and POA maintenance at the same time. I stupidly deleted the Tax Group in POA thinking it was not being used. When I discovered that POA needed the Tax Group for tax calculation when invoicing a receipt, I recreated the Tax Group exactly as it was, except, I gave it a new name. Now, when we receive PO's that were set up with the previous tax group, it gives us an error and we have to change to the new tax group. No problem. I mention all this only because I'm not sure if it might be related to the AP Vendor file errors? Other than that, the only thing I did was update and revise the Control Account sets in AP.
Any idea if I should be worried about these AP File Errors or should I just hope they don't come back anymore?
