Hi Lester,

The other option is to send the e-mails using the "direct" option rather than MAPI. All you need is the SMTP log on for your ISP. The advantage of this is that all those mass e-mails don't clog up the "sent items" folder in your e-mail program.

(If you want a record that an e-mail was sent for a statement, then turn on the "record note" option in the company profile.)
