I've just upgraded to the new Time & Billing, and I'm having a problem in that after I retrieve the invoices into A/R the program asks if I want to purge the file. I reply yes, but the purge is not being done. I've checked data integrity on both A/R and T/B but I can't fix the problem. What to do?

Hi, Tom,

What version of AR are you using? If you're using AR9.0A, it must be release date 090928 or higher if using Time&Billing 8.1B. This service pack is available for download on your website.
