What is the "Last maintenance date" indicates (AR 8.1A - customer export function) and which field on customer dialog box it corresponds to?

Hi, Victor,

This date gets updated when the customer record is updated. For example, if a change is made on the customer info tab or a transaction is posted to the customer.

You can see it in the Customer record on the Statistics tab as the Last Accessed Date or in the Customer grid, if added using the Column Editor. It may also be seen in GridView.

In AR9.0A, we also added a Last Maintained User field as part of the user audit statistics.

Your explanation rases the second question:
We have about 50 customers (out of 2,200) with data in last invoice date and last payment date and o/s amount, but last maintenance field is blank (used customer export and Crystal Reports customer info table). How it might happen and how to fix this problem?

Sorry but I really can't speculate as to why or when this may have occurred.

If you want to ensure a date is on this field now, edit the customer and make a minor modification perhaps to an address line. Then save the record. When next you open the customer record, you should see the session date used for the edit reflected in the Last Accessed Date field.

I noticed when I keyed any data in the notes field the last maintenance field changed to the previous last maintenance date (original, what it should be).
However, when I edited any other field the last maintenance date changes to current date.
