Recently upgraded to AR 9. When entering an invoice batch noticed the batch total window no longer updates with each invoice entry. Now you have to close the invoice window as well as the invoice batch window and then the batch total will update. This was not the case with the prev. version. Also noticed there is no spec in company address for city or state.

Yes, I see what you mean about the batch total not updating and will report this to R&D for you.

Within the specification designer, you'll find that code C82 is for the City and code C83 the State/Province for customer addresses. However, there are not separate codes for these for the company address stored in the Company Profile.

If you're wanting them for use in Address blocks for letters and statements though, if you're using 'Formatted' addresses, I'd suggest you use all of the Address Formatted 1 thru 5 lines. This will omit any blank lines in the address block and also print the City, State/Prov and Postal Code on the same line without excess spaces. Or, if you prefer the postal code printing on a separate line, use the Address Compressed 1 thru 5 lines.
