We are running Inventory module 8.1A

When I am looking to place an order for product, I print two reports out of inventory. One is "Item Status" which shows me what is on order in OE, and what is on Purchase Order as well. The other report, "Stock Card" shows me what has shipped or been adjusted in the time period I chose. We have been able to really get a handle on our inventory and do some really accurate ordering in this fashion.

My problem now is that one of the reports will not print for a certain lead in number. We have not had this problem with this lead in number before, and I have pretty much tried all the tricks I know.

I have a couple of files I have created, that show which numbers will print, and which will not, but am unsure how to attach them here. I tried, and it said they had to be in a certain format. When I create a new file using that format, it just becomes unreadable. So I may need a bit of direction there.

The first report, Item Status, will only print 9 out of 20 items that belong in this lead in group. I cannot see any differences between one item and the next, in spite of exporting all available data and comparing line by line. I see no differences that could be preventing one item from printing and the next one is okay...The second report, the Stock Card, prints them all. I am really stumped...

What's a "lead in number"?

If you can e-mail me a backup of your Inventory data and tell me which report you are trying to print with which options, I'll see if I can re-create the problem on my machine.

A lead in number is the first three digits of each of our product code, and in most cases, ties the item to a certain vendor.

I am sure Andrew will need to know what "Lead in Number" you are having tri=ouble with or is it all of them?
