OK, I assume from the last line of your post that you raan the Rebuild function, after the 3 errors were found. Have you run another Data Integrity Check in order to see if there are any more errors?
What are the quantities stored in each Location? Look at the Locations tab within Item Inquiry. This is where the information for On Hand, On PO and On Sales Order is really stored, and totalled across each location for the item. The DIC results you posted above indicate that the 'Item Locations' file is clean.
When you say an item is 'missing', I believe you mean that the item has different quantities than what is expected.
The error 1213 typically is the result of a mismatch between the dictionary and the data. From your posted message, it seems that the dictionary is incorrect and you likely need to re-install Adagio DataCare. You may also need to investigate (with your Adagio consultant, perhaps) if you have any mis-dated dictionaries that has prevented the correct ones from installing.
