We like to keep a daily count of the number of orders that we process every day. We are currently using Adagio O/E (V8.1B 080609) reports "order log" report, selecting the order date, then running the report. When it shows the report it also displays any credit notes that were posted during that time period. Is there a way to show only orders and not credits issued?

Hi Erin,

The Order Log report will always print not only the order itself but any changes to the order, such as new items, invoices and/or credit notes. There is no way to print a list of 'todays orders' using this report.

The Order Action report can be used to create a 'template' that lists each order (one per row), and you can specify a date range for the Order Date. If all you require is a simple report that lists the order number, date, amount and other relevant information, this probably is the best way to go. The Order Action report can also allow you to print all orders or only those that are not yet shipped, not on hold, or many other criteria.
