I created some report group into AR, but when I tried to put a report group for new prospect the table is not available. I know that the report group is for the customer report but I was also expecting that it will be the same report group list for the prospect. Because right now we have to type the code that will match with the one that we have created into AR.

It's also the same thing for the ship via list that I created in Order Entry. The list is not available for the customer and for the prospect.

I have forwarded a suggestion to R&D regarding Prospects and the Receivables Report Group List.

However, the Ship via is working. If there is no Ship via on the Prospect record, you can drop down the list and the OrderEntry Ship vias will be displayed.

Sorry, I was looking in a Quote.

There is no dropdown for the Ship via field in either Customers or Prospects. I will add another suggestion to the wishlist for this.
