In Manual cheques how would I print a cheque without the previous detailed VOID cheques?

Hi Holiday,

You would need to design the check specification differently. Essentially, there would be no Detail section for the advice and in it's place, a text label that prints 'See attached for details' or something similar. This will print only a single page and avoid voided checks.

A second check specification (advice only) would then be printed to plain paper - as an Additional Form - and attached to the check.

There are sample check templates for each of these, to give you an idea what this would look like. Start the Cehck Specification designer from the Maintenance menu. Then from the File menu, choose Open Template. One spec 'Sample check w attached form' shows what the cehck would look like - with a detail section of height 0.00 and a maximum number of details = 99. The other spec 'Attached form' is the advice-only spec that gets printed to plain paper as an Additional Form.
