I was doing a test run of our Newly purchase Adagio Inventory control. I tried to use the Physical Inventory Function of the Inventory Control and this is the result. I print the physical inventory worksheet of Adagio then I started to modify each item and it works fine but it kind of weird because other items even though I put the quantities to zero and press ok the screen will show the quantity on hand and the physical count have the same numbers but should be not cause I entered zero on that certain Item.
What should be the problem. We bought this Adagio Inventory just this year.

Please I need everybodys opinion and solution on this problem.

I'm having a problem understanding the question because of your grammar. Could you please break the second sentence up and have someone check your grammar.

In case you didn't know, until you "Post Inventory Reconciliation", the adjustments you enter will not be reflected on the actual quantities on hand.
