I would like to add a specification field with Order Designer to the printed Invoice that shows the Adagio User who processed it. I noticed a field available called "Current User Initials", "Created by User" and "Last Modified by User". I assume I should use the later two?

Also, is there a way in Adagio Order Entry to look up an Invoice and determine which Adagio User processed it, without printing the invoice?

Seems to me the best way would be to add "Created by User" or "Last Updated by User" to your Grid in Invoice lookup.

What David says is correct. If you're using OE8.1B, you can use the Column Editor to add these fields to your Order/Invoices/Credit Notes grids.

To answer your question about specs, use the E codes. Codes E48 thru E51 will print the 'last printed by user' for each document type information. In OE8.1B, E56 prints 'created by user' and E59 prints 'last modified by user' information on specs.

Adding the columns David suggested to the grid is exactly what I was looking for. Also the E codes are great on our printed out invoices. Thanks!
