We have users that if anyone goes into inventory, and goes into reports, transaction history, and then print, a small screen comes up that says "do you wish to purge history transaction".
We do not want the purge to happen. Can we limit the ability to purge? they need access to the report side of it only.

Is the historical process to get a printed report, or is it to simply looking up information? Perhaps the Transaction History inquiry (under the Inquiries menu) would be useful to allow users to find particular transactions without the risk of purging anything. It's faster too, but it cannot be printed.

I will have to find out if we need paper. Thanks for the input.
