The update to GL9 likely has no effect on the reason for getting this error. This being a new computer might have an effect. Is this the first time you have done a check run from this new computer?
From your computer, run the CHKSYS.exe utility found in the \softrak\system directory to make sure that all the correct workstation setup has been done for Adagio, and that Opportunistic Locking is not enabled on your computer. You should also run the Read/Write check within CHKSYS to make sure that your workstation has the appropriate privileges to access Adagio-specific folders.
Do an integrity check on your AP data to determine if anything happened to your data as a result of the error.
You may need to have your IT person and/or your Adagio consultant help investigate this one.
