Thanks for responding to my forum question of earlier today regarding Upgrades and Service Packs. I'm not sure if I'm missing something obvious or not (apologies if so). My computer support person couldn't figure out the applicable file names to download when he clicked on the e-mail and was wondering how to figure out which one to select when the list came up. Perhaps there has been some miscommunication between him and I, but he said he'd click on the one that seemed logical but the password wouldn't match up (or something like that). Can you shed any light?

Hi Sue,

I've asked customer service to send you an e-mail with links to all your current version upgrades. These include all the service packs, so you'll just need to install those. That seems easier than trying to figure out what you have and what you need. Look for the e-mail before the end of today.

(The new version of the general ledger is different, so make sure to review the release note before installing it. Having said that, the new features are very worthwhile.)
