Hi, I've fallen behind on loading my service packs and upgrades and am now trying to get caught up with them all. I have had my computer techy trying to load them all, but he is having problems. The main problem seems to be that the information given in the e-mails doesn't correspond to file names on their download site for some of the service packs and upgrades. Does anyone have a list of file names that correspond to the various upgrade and service pack notifications??? I am dealing with Ledger, A/R, Invoices, and A/P. I have about 10 e-mails that I have postponed going back to July/07 (100 lashes!!!). I promise to never leave such a lapse again if anyone can help me out. Thankyou - Sue (Sheepish in Kelowna)

Hello Sue,

If you're on an Upgrades plan, just install the latest version (either V8.1 or 9.0 for Ledger) and any later Service Packs. Don't worry about any others.

Any idea about the other piece of my question regarding figuring out the proper file name?? My computer support person was finding it impossible to figure out which files belonged to which e-mail notification. If you could provide any hints or processes in how to figure this out, that would be great. If you need more specific info on which ones still need to be done, let me know and I can send you a list. It looks as though we may not have to do all of the service packs (per your previous response) and my computer guy was able to figure some of them out by trial and error, but we still have some outstanding one's.
