We have one workstation that when completing an order or invoice will pop a window similar to: "Information:Invoice "99999" was posted for Order "9999" in the amount of". All other workstations will give the 'amount of $2,280.00' dollar amount for the invoice.

Any ideas?

Sounds to me like the Windows fonts are set to large instead of normal, under Display Properties | Appearance | Font Size or Display Properties | Settings | Advanced. There are other similar possibilities, but please check that first.

The font size is set to normal 96dpi. I had thought about this, but would have had much larger problems with pop-up windows, if large fonts had been selected.
