I applied this G/L upgrade last week and ever since more than one user cannot be in G/L or we get error messages to even open it. Is there something else I need to do so the other user can get in while I am on the main menu of G/L?

Have you installed the V8.1 Lanpaks?

Did you get and install the new 8.1 LanPak? This is required.

You should have received a notice from Softrak by both e-mail and fax and there is a warning in the 8.1 module upgrade e-mail.

Contact your dealer to find out the options available.
